Equipment cascading
Gigabit Ethernet transmission interface
The controller network interface adopts Gigabit Ethernet for data transmission,and the graded network cable used must meet the requirements of Gigabitnetwork transmission conditions. It is recommended to use Category 6 purecopper network cable. The network cable that meets the CAT6 standard shown in the figure below can provide twice as much as Category 5 networkcable, and has smaller crosstalk,much better return loss, and highertransmission performance stability.
Correct connection of crystal head
lt is better to use a crossover cable between the controller, the offline main control and the switch,whichis 568B at one end and 568A at the other end The network cable between any of the above devices andthe computer uses a straight-through cable, that is, the two ends are both 568B or 568A Do not definethe straight-through cable sequence yourself.
About satellite signal description
The satellite synchronization controller uses GPS satellite signals for timing synchronization, and theinstallation location is selected at an open and unobstructed high place.
The signal strength of the satellite synchronization controller is mainly based on the signal strength of thearea where the application is located If the GPS satellite signal is shielded and the coverage is missing atthe project site. the satellite synchronization will be invalid.
When selecting a satellite synchronization controller, it is necessary to determine the on-site GPS signalstrength in advance.
Wire and connection method from lamp to controller
- 1、if the distance between the output port of the controller and the lamp is too far,it is recommended to use a 485dedicated line or a shielded network cable above Category 5 to connect The best connection method is:Orange-A; orange-white-B; others connected to GND(ground).
- 2、A 12OR terminal resistance should be added to the end of each signal,between A and B.
- 3、Do not use the two wires that are twisted together to connect signals at the same time. For example, orange andorange and white are connected to A+ or B-at the same time.
- 4、The controller is a non-waterproof device, and it needs to be equipped with a waterproof box as standard foroutdoor installation, and the ground wire must be effectively grounded.
- 5、The connection of all lamp end joints must be hot-tin welded and then covered with heat-shrinkable sleeves, andthen the joints should be insulated and waterproofed.
- 6、To install the controller,you need to connect the wires and tighten the terminal screws to ensure that it is stable andprevents falling.
