The AM-M278E BTS base station synchronization controller adopts the BTS base station communication module,and obtains high-precision timing signals in the base station by connecting the surrounding communication base stations where the equipment is located to achieve synchronois linkage comrtol.Slove the application problems of poor GPS wireless synchronization,unstable wireless signal and harsh installation conditions.

Gigabit Ethernet transmission interface

The controller network interface adopts Gigabit Ethernet for data transmission,and the graded network cable used must meet the requirements of Gigabitnetwork transmission conditions. It is recommended to use Category 6 purecopper network cable. The network cable that meets the CAT6standard shownin the figure below can provide twice as much as Category 5 network cable, and has smaller crosstalk, much better return loss, and higher transmissionperformance stability.

Correct connection of crystal head

lt is better to use a crossover cable between the controller, the offline main control and the switch,which is 568B at one end and 568A at the other end The network cable between any of the abovedevices and the computer uses a straight-through cable, that is, the two ends are both 568B or 568ADo not define the straight-through cable sequence yourself.

BTS base station signal connection instructions

The AM-M278E BTS base station synchronization controller connects the surrounding communication base stations to obtain signals through the BTS base station communication module.The BTS signal is a free signal,and there is no information secunty problem The AM-M278E BTS base station synchronization controller needs 133CDMA signal support.
For example,in the actual project,the 133CDMA signal is not covered on site,this is,it is impossible to realize the synchronization of the bade station linkage.

Wire and connection method from lamp to controller

  • 1、if the distance between the output port of the controller and the lamp is too far,it is recommended to use a 485dedicated line or a shielded network cable above Category 5 to connect The best connection method is:Orange-A; orange-white-B; others connected to GND(ground).
  • 2、A 12OR terminal resistance should be added to the end of each signal,between A and B.
  • 3、Do not use the two wires that are twisted together to connect signals at the same time. For example, orange andorange and white are connected to A+ or B-at the same time.
  • 4、The controller is a non-waterproof device, and it needs to be equipped with a waterproof box as standard foroutdoor installation, and the ground wire must be effectively grounded.
  • 5、The connection of all lamp end joints must be hot-tin welded and then covered with heat-shrinkable sleeves, andthen the joints should be insulated and waterproofed.
  • 6、To install the controller,you need to connect the wires and tighten the terminal screws to ensure that it is stable andprevents falling.
